Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients met the chronic ankle sprain diagnostic criteria of Western medicine, the diagnosis of TCM syndrome belonged to the type of tendon and vessel malnutrition; 2. The patients were active ballet dancer; 3. The patients aged 18-35 years old ; 4. The patients voluntarily participated in this study and were informed of the purpose of this study, and signed an informed consent form; 5. The patients didnt undergo other corresponding treatment or take relevant drugs at one week before inclusion.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The blood disease patients had acute severe soft tissue swelling in ankle joint and bleeding tendency; 2. The patients had serious skin injury or skin disease in the areas wherein the fumigation and washing would be performed ; 3. The women were pregnant or planning to become pregnant; 4. The patients had severe primary diseases such as diseases in liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and endocrine system and mental disease; 5. The patients had allergic constitution or were allergic to the drugs used for fumigation and washing.
