Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) The diagnostic criteria of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy are: cardiac color ultrasound suggests that the left ventricular wall is significantly thickened, especially the ventricular septal thickening is significant, ventricular septal thickening can be uniform hypertrophy, also can be uneven hypertrophy, asymmetric hypertrophy, obvious abrupt left ventricle, cardiac chamber stenosis.The endocardial fibrosis is thickened below the mitral and aortic valves; (3) Diagnostic criteria for anxiety disorders: consistent with the Chinese Anxiety Disorder Rating Scale; (4) Aged >=18 years; (5) Obtain the informed consent of the patient.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with advanced malignant tumors (2) Refuse to participate in the study
