Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged over 10 years old; (2) Moderate to severe S-type idiopathic scoliosis, with the whole spine X-rays taken in the past one month and Cobb angle 20-45 degree; (3) Risser sign <=grade 4; (4) Not received scoliosis treatment before; (5) BMI<=25 kg/m2; (6) Agree to sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Have spinal tumors, spinal tuberculosis and other spinal related diseases or spinal surgery; (2) Intolerant of mechanical force such as osteoporosis and local skin ulcers; (3) With other serious diseases.
