Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Patients undergoing laparoscopic colorectal cancer resection and laparoscopic gastrectomy for patients undergoing postoperative patient-controlled intravenous analgesia (PCIA) after general anesthesia; ?No perioperative nerve block; ?Age 18-69 Years old, BMI 15-30kg/m2, ASA classification I-II; able to understand and sign informed consent, and cooperate to complete intervention and evaluation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Mechanical intestinal obstruction; ?K+5h; ?Participate in other clinical studies within 3 months before being selected for this study; ?Poor compliance, unable to cooperate in providing important evaluation information.
