30 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Unilateral stroke (cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage, in line with the stroke diagnostic criteria formulated by the 4th National Cerebrovascular Disease Academic Conference) at least 1 month after occurrence; (2) No nerve for at least 3 months before enrollment Further progression or recovery of functional impairment; (3) Spasm of knee or ankle joint (assessed by modified Ashworth scale, MMAS>=1); (4) Walking ability with or without assistive equipment; (5) Cognitive score MMSE>=25; (6) General health status is stable; (7) The affected lower limbs have no previous functional limitations; (8) Sign informed consent and voluntarily join this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Recurrent stroke; (2) Botox injection in the past 6 months; (3) Severe cognitive impairment or inability to communicate; (4) Unstable high blood pressure; (5) Lower limb fracture; (6) Patients with dizziness for dry needling.
