Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with more than one major coronary artery confirmed by coronary angiography showed significant stenosis of > 75%, heart rate of 60-100 beats/min, informed consent, willingness to participate and cooperation in the examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe arrhythmias, including conduction block and atrial fibrillation; Congenital heart disease, severe heart valve disease and cardiomyopathy, pericardial disease, various cardiac surgery, pacemaker installation patients; Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction and poor blood sugar control; Patients with severe ischemic hypoxic diseases (including COPD and chronic pulmonary heart disease); TEE checks for contraindications, or fails to obtain satisfactory images.
