50 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged from 50 to 75 years old; 2. Meeting the diagnostic criteria of silent brain infarction and is diagnosed by MRI; 3. Magnetic resonance ASL perfusion imaging shows the decrease of cerebral blood flow (CBF); 4. Good understanding and language ability; 5. Voluntary participation, and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With physical disability, organic diseases such as joints and muscles, or other sports contraindications; 2. With a history of allergy to iodine or other contrast media; 3. People with metal implants, MRI contraindications, or claustrophobia; 4. People with cognitive impairment with a score of less than 26 on the MoCA scale; 5. Combined with brain tumor, brain injury, cerebral hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage, intracranial infection, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease or other neurological diseases; 6. Combined with serious primary diseases such as heart, liver, kidney, blood system, endocrine system, or combined with malignant tumor; 7. Abnormalities such as pathological Q wave and depression or elevation of ST segment were found in ECG, and the possibility of organic heart disease was considered; 8. Those who spent more than 1 hour each week on regular exercise in the last 3 months before joining the group,and those who are unable to maintain regular exercise after joining the group; 9. Those who are participating in other clinical trials that affect the evaluation of the results of this study.
