Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged >18 years; 2) patients with normal cardiac function or bilateral carotid artery stenosis with severe vertebral artery Stenosis; 3) no other drugs were used before intravenous sufentanil was given under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) cardiac dysfunction; 2) Mild Carotid Stenosis; 3) chronic cough; 4) asthma; 5) respiratory disease; 6) frequent ventricular premature beats; 7) atrial fibrillation; 8) cerebral aneurysm; 9) abdominal AORTIC aneurysm; 10) AORTIC dissection.
