Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Sign the informed consent form and be willing to follow up in accordance with the stipulated time; 2. Aged 8 to 15 years old; 3. According to "Clinical Optometry" (2014, 2nd Edition), the patient was diagnosed as true myopia, and the best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) >=0.8 (National Standard E-word visual acuity chart); 4. The refractive status meets the following conditions: myopia spherical lens -0.75D ~ -6.00D, corneal astigmatism -1.00D ~ -6.00D; 5. Able to wear the orthokeratology lens for 12 months; 6. Good compliance and barrier-free communication.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of viral keratitis, iridocyclitis, glaucoma cyclitis syndrome, high intraocular pressure and other eye diseases; 2. Have a history of eye trauma; 3. Active eye diseases, such as blepharitis, conjunctivitis, keratitis, iridocyclitis, etc. 4. Have a history of wearing contact lenses within 3 weeks before participating in this study; 5. Have a history of type I diabetes and other systemic diseases; 6. Severe Meibomian gland dysfunction; 7. The tear film rupture time (BUT) is less than 5 seconds, and the cornea is more scattered; 8. Shallow anterior chamber, deep central axis 21mmHg; 9. Abnormal eye position with constant internal, external, upper and lower strabismus.
