Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria of the case group were as follows: 1. patients aged >=18 years old in neurology or emergency department, regardless of gender; 2. 72 hours or less after onset; 3. clinical features of acute anterior circulation infarction; 4. diffusion-weighted MRI or delayed CT scan showed new infarction lesions and ruled out the possibility of bleeding; 5. subjects or their close relatives signed informed consent. The inclusion criteria of the healthy control group were as follows: 1. Aged >=18 years old; 2. no history of cerebrovascular disease; 3. no history of hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia; 4. no infection, tumor, hepatorenal failure, hematopathy, heart failure and other serious diseases; 5. subjects signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria in the case group were as follows: 1. onset time of acute cerebral infarction > 72 hours; 2. history of cerebrovascular disease, tumor, hepatorenal failure, hematopathy, heart failure and psychosis; 3. history of cardiogenic cerebral embolism, vasculitis and intracranial vascular malformation. The exclusion criteria of the healthy control group were as follows: 1. history of cerebrovascular disease, hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, infection, tumor, hepatorenal failure, hematopathy, heart failure, psychosis, etc.; 2. history of cardiogenic cerebral embolism, vasculitis, intracranial vascular malformation and so on.
