18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) American Society of Anesthesiologists Classification (ASA) I-II; (2) Aged 18-65 years old; (3) height 150-180cm; (4) Elective intravertebral anesthesia for hemorrhoid surgery; (5) Agree to participate in the trial and sign for consent form. The inclusion criteria in the first part of the trial are the same as those in the second part of the trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The first part of the trial: (1) anorectal tumors; (2) Contraindications to intraspinal anesthesia; (3) BMI >30 or <18.5kg/m2; (4) Allergies or contraindications to the drugs used in this study; (5) Communication barriers and inability to cooperate; (6) Liver and kidney dysfunction; (7) History of mental or neurological diseases, history of blood system diseases, history of severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, pulmonary diseases, history of chronic pain. The second part of the trial: (1) - (6) same as part I test; (7) Patients with general dysuria due to prostate fat; (8) Sleep apnea patients.
