Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. nursing homes with a self-reported physical restraint of at least 20; 2. Older adults >=60 years old, living in the nursing home for over 1 month.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Nursing staff received restraint education developed by other similar research within 1 year; 2. Older adults who were told to be not allowed to observe because of serious and special illness; 3. plan to leave nursing home within 1 month.
