Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) the patients aged from 1 to 80 years old; (2) laryngospasm occurred during induction and recovery period of general anesthesia; (3) ASA classification I to III; (4) patients with pulse oxygen saturation not less than 98% before intravenous injection of propofol or flicking Adam's apple.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with larynx or laryngeal cartilage dysplasia; (2) patients with severe hemopathy, neuromuscular diseases and other systemic diseases; (3) patients with effective time of laryngospasm more than 30s after intravenous injection of propofol or flicking Adam's apple.
