Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. COPD patients aged >=40 years: any suffering from breathing difficulties, chronic cough and sputum of patients, and has a history of exposure to risk factors of disease, lung function after inhaled bronchodilator FEV1 / FVC < 0.7; 2. Conscious and able to answer questions clearly, or there are caregivers around who can answer for you; 3. Volunteer to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Persons with severe complications or mental illness or cognitive dysfunction; 2. Other respiratory diseases such as lung cancer, tuberculosis, asthma, etc.; 3. Quitters.
