18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 65 years; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status 1-3; 3. Patients undergoing laparoscopic gastric volume reduction surgery (the surgical method is laparoscopic adjustable gastric banding or gastric sleeve resection); 4. Patients with BMI>=35kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Neuromuscular diseases or patients have used drugs that may affect neuromuscular conduction function; 2. History of allergies to rocuronium and sugammadex, history of bleeding disorders; 3. Severe renal dysfunction (for those requiring renal replacement therapy); severe liver dysfunction (Child-Pugh grade C); severe heart dysfunction (heart failure); 4. Severe respiratory dysfunction (arterial blood gas PACO2>=5 mmHg and PAO2<=60 mmHg); 5. Refuse to participate in this study.
