40 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients scheduled for surgical Laparoscopic Nephrectomy and Partial Nephrectomy; 2. ASA I~II; 3. Aged 40-70 years old; 4. BMI 18~25 kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Opioid allergy, recent use of opioids, opioid abuse; 2. Alcoholism and chronic pain; 3. History of respiratory, digestive and circulatory systems; 4. Mental illness; 5. Do not understand VAS score; 6. PCIA not accepted.
