35 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) They were older than 35 years old; 2) The basal FSH of menstrual period was more than 10 IU / L or the number of follicles in bilateral ovarian basal sinus was less than 5.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Combined with other diseases affecting embryo implantation, such as endometrial lesions, endometriosis, hydrosalpinx, etc.; 2) with other medical or endocrine diseases such as heart disease, hypertension, diabetes; 3) various acute infectious diseases; 4) repeated transplantation failure.
