Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the National Health Commission's "Specifications for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Primary Liver Cancer" (2019 edition), it is clinically diagnosed as HCC, or pathologically diagnosed as HCC by liver biopsy; 2. Liver function is classified as Chid-Pugh A or B; 3. The patient's physical status is scored from 0 to 2 according to the Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG); 4. HCC has no extrahepatic metastasis; 5. The number of combined HCC in the liver >=2, or a single HCC nodule in the liver is too large for surgery; 6. The patient did not receive TACE treatment in the early stage, and subsequently received TACE treatment alone.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are allergic to lipiodol or iohexol; 2. Patients with other liver diseases and heart, brain, and kidney diseases; 3. People with HIV, HCV, HDV infection; 4. Patients suffering from malignant tumors of other organs during the same period; 5. Alcohol or drug users; 6. The lesions account for more than 75% of the total liver volume; 7. Patients with tumor thrombosis in the main portal vein.
