Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnostic criteria of Impaired Glucose Regulation were met; 2. Patients with suspected prediabetes still meet the diagnostic criteria after 2 weeks of washing out period; 3. It is in accordance with the diagnostic standard of dampness syndrome; 4. Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. A woman who is pregnant or lactating or is ready to conceive; 2. Allergic constitution or allergic to the components of the drug; 3. Severe abnormal liver and kidney function (liver enzyme increase more than 2 times of the upper limit of normal value; EGFR less than 25 ml / min); 4. Anemia and hypoproteinemia; 5.
