Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The inclusion criteria were as follows: (1) they met the PPD diagnostic criteria of American Psychiatric Association's diagnostic and statistical manual-5 (dsm-5); (2) Edinburgh Postnatal Depression on scale, EPDS score >=10, and Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-17) score was 7-24 points; (3) 37-42 weeks pregnant women, full-term normal newborns; (4) aged 20 to 35 years old; (5) married and stable family relationship; (6) signing informed consent and willing to cooperate with relevant examination and psychological consultation; (7) education level of junior high school or above; (8) right-handed; (9) MRI scan conditions (in vivo) There was no pacemaker, defibrillator, stent, orthopedic plate, etc.); (10) Did not receive any form of psychological treatment and counseling. 2. The inclusion criteria of postpartum health control group were as follows: (1) healthy postpartum women with age and education level matched with the patient group, EPDS < 10 The scores of HAMD-17 were less than 7 points; (2) no severe diseases such as severe gravity, brain, lung, kidney and other chronic diseases such as diabetes and hypertension; (3) no history of alcohol and drug abuse, no family history of mental illness and mental illness; (4) right-handed; (5) meeting the clinical evaluation conditions (audio-visual ability can be met) and functional magnetic resonance imaging (no cardiac pacing in vivo); (6) he did not receive any form of psychotherapy and counseling.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. psychiatric history and family history of mental illness; 2. alcohol and drug addiction or abuse history; 3. brain organic disease, severe gravity, liver and renal dysfunction; 4. perinatal high-risk factors, severe pregnancy complications such as diabetes, hypertension, etc.; 5. previous obstetric history of hydatidiform pregnancy and stillbirth; 6. With history of abortion, premature delivery, multiple births, and serious diseases of infants.
