Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: International Classification of Sleep Disorders (ISCD-3) Diagnostic Criteria for short-term and chronic insomnia: The diagnosis of chronic insomnia must meet the following 1~6 items at the same time: (1) has one or more of the following sleep disorders: Difficulty falling asleep; Difficulty maintaining sleep; Wake up earlier than you'd like; Not going to bed at the right time. (2) There are one or more associated daytime symptoms: fatigue or general malaise; Lack of attention or memory; Impairment of social, family, career or academic functions; Be easily agitated or agitated emotionally; Daydreaming; Behavioral problems, such as hyperactivity, impulsivity, or aggression; Decreased energy and physical strength; Prone to errors and accidents; Excessive attention to sleep problems or dissatisfaction with the quality of sleep; (3) Abnormal sleep symptoms cannot be explained by lack of sleep time or poor sleep environment; (4) Abnormal sleep and daytime symptoms appear at least 3 times a week; (5) abnormal sleep symptoms and daytime symptoms continue for at least 3 months; (6) Difficulty in sleep and wakefulness may not be explained by other types of sleep disorders; Short-term insomnia diagnostic criteria: meeting the criteria of chronic insomnia 1~3, 6, but the course of disease is less than 3 months, and the frequency of or related symptoms does not reach 3 times a week.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Mental or nervous system dysfunction, unable to express willingness.
