Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 75 years old; 2. Liver function in Child-Pugh class A or B ( 5cm) or multinodular HCC (nodule number=9.0g/dl Neutrophils count>=1.5*10^9/L; platelet count>=50*10^9/L; serum ALB>=28g/L; TBIL<34.2 umol/L; ALT/AST< 5 ULN; Bun/SCr<1.5-times the upper limit of the normal value; INR<1.7 or prothrombin time <4 s above the control.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Diffuse primary liver cancer; 2. Underwent any treatment other than DEB-TACE and thermal ablation, such as percutaneous ethanol injection, argon-helium cryoablation, 125I-seed implantation or molecular targeted drugs, immunotherapy, traditional Chinese medicine; 3. Accompanied by other malignant tumors; 4. Normal liver volume less than 40% of total liver volume; 5. ECOG Score>=2 points; 6. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
