Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18 to 65 years old; (2) Glycosylated hemoglobin: 7.0% < HbA1c < 9.0%; (3) There were no serious complications: severe diabetic retinopathy, chronic renal insufficiency and severe neuropathy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Hyperthyroidism; (2) Malignant tumor and other diseases with short life expectancy; (3) Severe hyperlipidemia: TG > 11.3 mmol / L; (4) Poor blood pressure control: > 160 / 100mmhg; (5) Various serious chronic diseases or liver and kidney insufficiency; (6) The follow-up visit during 24 weeks was poor; (7) Patients using exenatide or insulin; (8) Systemic use of glucocorticoids or weight loss drugs; (9) Diabetes complicated with acute complications and infection; (10) Other endocrine diseases; (11) Acute pancreatitis, pancreatic cancer, multiple endocrine tumor syndrome type 2, or medullary thyroid carcinoma; (12) Inflammatory bowel disease or diabetic gastroparesis; (13) Major organ transplantation within 2 months; (14) Other liver diseases, such as liver tumor, viral hepatitis, autoimmune liver disease, drug-induced liver disease or hereditary liver disease, were found; (15) Pregnant women; (16) The researchers believe that there are other patients who are not suitable for inclusion.
