Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A total of 216 patients with traumatic closed fractures of extremities scheduled for open reduction and internal fixation and hip and knee arthroplasty were enrolled in the study, aged 18-70 years, regardless of gender. All patients were confirmed by clinical and imaging examination, and no local skin and soft tissue infection is found before operation. The same disease or operation should be completed by the same operator as far as possible.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with diabetes mellitus, severe cardiopulmonary and brain diseases, open trauma, and old fracture (fracture time more than 3 weeks) were excluded. Diabetes mellitus is diagnosed according to the "2020 diabetes diagnostic criteria of WHO". Severe cardiopulmonary and cerebral diseases, including hypertension, stroke, coronary heart disease, and pulmonary heart disease, etc., will be determined by specialist consultation.
