Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. No serious underlying diseases; 2. Pathologically diagnosed as cholangiocarcinoma,and have the bile drained; 3. Have not undergone radiotherapy or chemotherapy before; 4. No significant disfunction of heart, lung, or kidney and no HIV or syphilis infection; 5. All patients should sign an informed consent form when selected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Malignant tumors in other parts appeared within the last 5 years;
