18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 75 years old; 2. blood pressure >=140/90 mmHg, eGFR >=15 ml/min, non-conctast-enhanced MRA and renal artery doppler sonography show renal artery anatomic variants or renal artery stenosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diabetes Mellitus; 2. endocrine hypertension; 3. autoimmune diseases; 4. history of Hormonal Therapy within 4 weeks; 5. pregnancy; 6. Combined malignant tumor; 7. hypersensitivity to contrast medium; 8. refusal of contrast examination; 9. failure to sign informed consent; 10. other factors that may affect Hemodynamics, such as renal artery stenting, renal surgery, etc.; 11. Non Arteriosclerosis Renal Artery Stenosis, such as FMD, Takayasu Arteritis, etc.
