Age
60 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=60 years old, BMI20-30kg/m2; 2. ASA I or II; 3. Patients undergoing elective single knee arthroplasty under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Adrenocortical insufficiency; 2. Patients with contraindications to ketamine, such as glaucoma, macrovascular aneurysms and schizophrenia; patients with poorly controlled or untreated hypertension (resting systolic / diastolic blood pressure more than 180/100mmHg; 3. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary diseases; 4. Patients undergoing emergency surgery; 5. Predict patients with difficulty in mask ventilation or endotracheal intubation according to physical examination; 6. History of diabetes and kidney disease or drug or alcohol abuse; 7. ICU after operation.
