Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) To clearly diagnose patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction, see Table 1 for specific diagnostic criteria; 2) PCI was performed in this hospitalization; 3) The onset is within 15 kilometers of Peking University Third Hospital; 4) This hospitalization period is from January 1, 2014 to November 1, 2019. Emergency PCI: STEMI patients within 12 hours of onset; STEMI patients who have been successfully resuscitated from cardiac arrest out of hospital; STEMI onset is more than 12 hours, but there is evidence of clinical and/or ECG progressive ischemia, such as persistent myocardial ischemia symptoms, hemodynamics The above-mentioned patients with unstable or fatal arrhythmia were treated with emergency coronary angiography and PCI.
