18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for migraine in the Third edition of the International Classification of Headache Disorders (ICHD-3); 2. Between the ages of 18 and 60; 3. Migraine with a history of more than 1 year and headache frequency>2 times per month; 4. Agree and cooperate with right heart angiography/EEG and flash stimulation test; 5. Able to communicate effectively and fill in various forms; 6. Patients are informed of this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other primary and secondary headaches, which may be caused by cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases; 2. Patients with other serious diseases who cannot cooperate with Valsalva or cannot tolerate EEG examination; 3. Visually impaired subjects who could not effectively cooperate with flash stimulation; 4. Those who are suffering from severe cognitive impairment or mental disorder and cannot cooperate; 5. Patients during pregnancy or lactation; 6. Incomplete questionnaires and communication barriers.
