Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) meet the diagnostic criteria for craniocerebral injury; 2) moderate to severe hand dysfunction (Brunnstrom <= 4), spasticity grade (modified Ashworth Scale) <= 3; 3) no severe cognitive dysfunction or hearing impairment and can follow instructions to correctly complete hand grasping and other actions; 4) able to sit alone or assisted for more than 1 hour, without standardized operation training.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) inflammation of the affected hand, active bleeding, and other diseases that affect motor function; 2) significant skull defects in the BCI group, or other factors (such as epilepsy) that affect EEG signal collection; 3) visual or hearing impairments that prevent cooperation with trainers; 4) hand deformities or other patients who are not suitable for wearing robots.
