Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged >=18 years old; (2) Systolic blood pressure 120 ~ 139mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure 80 ~ 89mmHg; (3) Did not control blood pressure with Western medicine, Traditional Chinese medicine or acupuncture therapy (or stopped treatment for 2 weeks); (4) Willing to be randomly assigned to the active and passive intervention technology group and the control group; (5) Be able to do light to moderate exercise; (6) Understand and be able to follow learning procedures and participate in regular learning activities. (7) Participate in the experiment voluntarily and sign the informed consent.
