Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Consecutive collect patient admitted to the Department of Emergency Medicine, Xuanwu Hospital, Capital Medical University from August 1, 2019 to July 30, 2021, included in-hospital cardiac arrest and out-of-hospital cardiac arrest within 48 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients whose families did not agree to participate in the study; gastrointestinal bleeding before onset; patients receiving antibiotics before admission; patients with bacteremia; patients with bowel tumors, bowel resection, patients with short bowel syndrome, acute pancreatitis, decompensated cirrhosis patient
