25 Years to 95 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with clinical diagnosis of ischemic stroke; 2. Patients undergoing serum biochemical examination after hospitalization; 3. Patients undergoing MRI examination after hospitalization.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed as hemorrhagic stroke; 2.Patients with infarction in cerebellum and brainstem; 3.Patients diagnosed as ischemic stroke, but DWI MRI images did not show abnormalities; 4.Patients underwent MRI and serum biochemical examination 72 hours after hospitalization; 5.Patients with abnormal liver function or data loss.
