18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18-70 years old; (2) The sample donor has undergone thigh amputation in our hospital; (3) Sample donors agree to donate part of the surgical samples for this study; (4) Obtain the sample donor's informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Infectious diseases such as hepatitis B, tuberculosis, HIV infection; (2)With metabolic diseases such as diabetes mellitus, hyperthyroidism, etc.; (3) Complicated with long-term chronic organic diseases such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, cardiac insufficiency; (4) combined with malignant tumor; (5) Combined with local degenerative diseases such as osteoarthritis (6) Previous long bed history; (7) Combined operation contraindications such as liver and kidney failure, severe anemia, coagulation dysfunction, etc.
