Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients scheduled for thoracoscopic surgery under general anesthesia; 2. aged 18 to 65 years old; 3. BMI 18.5 to 28KG/m2; 4. ASA I-II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. allergy to ketamine and related drugs; 2. history of serious heart and lung diseases, liver and kidney dysfunction, and brain diseases; 3. patients who have taken sedative or antidepressant drugs and hormone therapy for a long time; 4. language communication disorder, and can not correctly describe the adverse reactions such as postoperative analgesia score and postoperative nausea and vomiting; 5. puncture site infection; 6. patients who refuse the relevant treatment plan due to various reasons person.
