Interventions

Combined group:ten reverse- trendelenburg position combined with dolasetron 12.5mg 1 ml
Control group:horizontal position combined with normal saline 1 ml
Dolasetron group:horizontal position combined with dolasetron 12.5mg 1ml
Ten reverse-trendelenburg position group:ten reversee-trendelenburg position combined with normal saline 1 ml

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women aged 18-65 years old and scheduled for elective thyroid surgery under general anesthesia; 2. ASA physical status of I-II; 3. Without communication issues; 4. Agreeing to participate in the study, receive follow-up and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with severe systemic diseases (nervous system, heart disease, liver disease and kidney disease) or pregnant patients; 2. History of postoperative nausea and vomiting, motion sickness, preoperative gastroesophageal reflux and nausea and vomiting; 3. Using antiemtic drugs (antiemetics, dexamethasone and others) and opioids before surgery; 4. Allergic to 5-HT3 receptor antagonist drugs; 5. Refusal to participate this study.
