Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 59 to 85 years old; 2. Patients with depression, meet the diagnosis standard, and taking antidepressant drugs, the diagnosis of depression with psychiatric disorders and Statistical Manual version 5 - (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of getting Disorder - 5th edition, DSM - 5); 3. Constipation diagnosis standard, and not happen before taking antidepressants constipation, the diagnosis of constipation with Roman III diagnostic criteria; 4. Patients and their families are willing to attend the test and sign the informed consent, cooperate with the healer patients who must meet the above four items at the same time can be included in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Nearly two weeks, depression symptom control is not stable (more than attending doctors decide by the mental health center); 2. By organic disease than the antidepressant drugs, functional disease, or other reasons cause of constipation; 3. Blood coagulation dysfunction; 4. Severe dysfunction such as heart, brain, liver and kidney patients; 5. Pregnancy and lactating women; 6. Have a pacemaker, allergic to metal or serious afraid of acupuncture; 7. Test within 2 weeks before using drug treating constipation (except emergency response); 8. Over the past three months received acupuncture treatment; 9. At the same time to participate in other clinical researchers.
