Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Methods: the patients with heart valve replacement were selected; 2. ASA grade I - III; 3. Aged 18 to 65 years old, male and female; 4. signing informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are allergic to or contraindicated to benzodiazepines, opioids, propofol, naloxone and their components; 2. Participated in other clinical trials within 4 weeks before operation; 3. Severe cardiac insufficiency, ASA grade IV and above; 4. Patients with uncontrolled or poorly controlled hypertension; 5. Abnormal liver and kidney function: ALT and / or ast exceed 1.5 times of the upper limit of medical reference value; creatinine exceeds the upper limit of medical reference value; 6. Mental patients; 7. Long term drinking or using benzodiazepines and opioids; 8. Patients with difficult airway: Mahalanobis grade III or above.
