Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=65 years old; 2. Essential hypertension, after drug treatment, can meet the conditions of elective surgery, that is, SP < 180mmhg), DP < 110mmhg; 3. ASA grade I - III;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with general anesthesia intolerance, such as allergy to general anesthetics or asa3 / 4 grade; 2. Liver dysfunction (AST and / or ALT 1.5 times higher than the upper limit of normal value); 3. Renal dysfunction: 4. Abnormal serum creatinine and urea nitrogen; 3.
