Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All names of line fiber endoscopy surgery patients, ASA class I-II, no severe cardiopulmonary function damage and related inspection contraindications to patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Nosebleed causes coagulation disorders; 2. the onset/progression of congestive heart failure requiring a change in medication, diet or hospitalization for any reason within the past 6 months; 3. severe aortic stenosis or mitral stenosis; 4. Cardiac surgery involving open-heart surgery (for example, 6 months after the last coronary bypass or valve replacement; 5. Acute myocardial infarction occurred in the last 6 months; 6. Acute arrhythmia (including tachycardia and bradycardia), hemodynamic instability; 7. Chronic or intermittent oxygen therapy for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) or other acute or chronic pulmonary disease currently requiring adjuvant therapy; 8. Increased intracranial pressure; 9. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Level III; 10. Infection of the mouth, nose or throat; 11. fever, defined as core body temperature >37.5 degree C; 12. Positive pregnancy, breastfeeding or pregnancy tests.
