Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 3 to 14 years; 2. Inpatients in Shengjing Hospital; 3. In line with 2016 evidence-based guidelines for diagnosis and Treatment of Purpura nephritis, the diagnosis was purpura nephritis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with nephrotic syndrome type and rapid deterioration of renal function requiring immunosuppressive therapy other than glucocorticoids; 2. Allergic to hydroxychloroquine; 3. Abnormal visual field; 4. Participate in other drug trials within the month; 5. Other conditions in which the investigator considers it inappropriate to participate in the clinical trial.
