Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-60 years old; 2. BMI >=28 kg/m2
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who cannot complete the experimental documents required for this research; 2. Those who cannot engage in exercise intervention; 3. Have used or are using weight control drugs (such as orlistat, metformin, liraglutide) within 3 months 4. People with the following diseases (such as severe failure of the heart, liver, kidney, lung and other important organs, heart function above grade 3, diabetic complications such as ketoacidosis, severe hypertension (blood pressure>=180/ 110mmHg), chest X-ray or CT showed obvious lung disease such as severe lung infection, pneumonia or lung tumor. 5. Patients with endocrine diseases such as abnormal thyroid function that cannot be controlled or patients with a history of epilepsy; 5. Severe mental illness (such as major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia); 6. Women during pregnancy.
