Control group:Blade and thick leather stamp graft

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients may be included in the study only if they meet all of the following criteria: 1. Hospitalized patients aged 18 to 65 years men and women; 2. Patients diagnosed with a deep second degree burn or third degree burn less than 10% TBSA; 3. Ability to understand and willingness to sign a written informed consent document.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The burn area was more than 10%TBSA; 2. Pregnant or breast feeding women; 3. Uncontrolled underlying illness including, but not limited to, symptomatic congestive heart failure, unstable angina pectoris ,renal insufficiency, pulmonary dysfunction; 4. Any other clinical conditions would make the subject unsuitable for the study.
