Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnostic criteria for major depressive episode of dsm-v were met through the standardized interview evaluation; 2. They are between 18 and 65 years old; 3. The score of the 17-item version of Hamilton depression scale is above 18.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of other serious mental and physical disorders; 2. Unable to pass the security check of TMS; 3. Use benzodiazepines; 4. Unable to pass the security screening of MRI.
