18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female, over 18 years old; 2. Clinically diagnosed as periodontal disease; 3. A clear diagnosis of coronary heart disease or hypertension in the past; 4. Willing and able to sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of other systemic diseases; 2. Take antibiotics within 6 months before enrollment; 3. The researcher's estimated compliance is poor; 4. Women during pregnancy, lactation or taking contraceptive drugs.
