Eligibility

Sex/Gender

Age

30 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged <=50 years (for age <=45 years, perform the ovary suspension as request); 2. stage Ia2-IIA1 patients; 3. pelvic floor function evaluation before the surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. neoadjuvant chemo or radio therapy; 2. pelvic floor dysfunction before the surgery; 3. no sexual life before the surgery; 4. not suitable for vaginal extension; 5. severe diseases or organ complications that may affect the outcome or prognosis of the patient.
