Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Stroke Patients (1)Patients with unilateral cerebral hemorrhage or cerebral infarction confirmed by CT or MRI and diagnosed the relevant criteria of Chinese Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2018; (2) First stroke or previous lacunar cerebral infarction with motor dysfunction of upper limbs (Brunnstrom grade II-V); (3) Aged 30 to 75 years old; men and women; (4) Right-handedness; primary school and above education level; (5) No aphasia (WAB > 93.8), normal language function before onset; (6) No cognitive dysfunction (MMES > 17); (7) Sign informed Consent. Healthy Subjects (1) Aged 30 to 75 years old; men and women; (2) Right-handedness; primary school and above education level; (3) Without any special past medical history; (4) Without any pathological clinical symptoms or pathological changes judged by imaging. (5) Sign informed Consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) With serious primary or secondary diseases, such as severe liver and kidney hematopoietic system diseases, severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency or infectious diseases; (2) Any other medical condition or history that affects motor function; (3) Pregnant or lactating women; (4) Persons addicted to drugs, alcohol or other substances; (5) Skull defects, pacemakers and metal implants are not suitable for MRI and TMS examination.
