Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients in surgical ICU with craniocerebral trauma, cerebral hemorrhage, organ surgery, limb and spinal surgery were the first choice; (2) Aged between 18 and 65 years old; (3) the 24-hour NUTRIC score was greater than or equal to 5 points, APACHE II score was greater than 10 points; (4) voluntary participation in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) There are various bone metabolism or muscle diseases, such as myasthenia gravis; (2) NUTRIC score less than 5; (3) expected ICU stay less than 7 days; (4) accompanied by tumor or type I diabetes, ckd4-5 of basic diseases, with severe liver disease; (5) family members of patients refused to participate in the study; (6) patients who could not receive enteral nutrition supplements; (7) accompanied by intestinal diseases or factors affecting digestion, absorption, metabolism or excretion; (8) accompanied by thyroid dysfunction or endocrine and metabolic diseases; (9) pregnant or lactating women; (10) history of mental illness; (11) previous history of allergy to drugs known to be used; (12) acute and chronic liver diseases; (13) acute and chronic intestinal diseases, such as inflammatory bowel disease Enteritis, intestinal infection, etc.
