Gold Standard:PBC can be diagnosed by meeting 2 of the following 3 criteria :(1) serum biochemical indication of increased ALP
(2) When AMA is positive or AMA is negative, other PBC specific autoantibodies, such as SP100 and GP210 are positive
(3) Histological evidence suggested non-suppurative destructive cholangitis and inter-lobu

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Suspected case of PBC: 1. Middle-aged women, the main clinical manifestations of fatigue, skin itching, jaundice, osteoporosis, may be accompanied by a variety of autoimmune diseases; 2. An increase in ALP and/or GGT of unknown etiology; 3. Exclusion of other causes of clear liver disease, such as: drug liver injury, hepatitis B, hepatitis C, obstructive liver injury, etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Autoimmune hepatitis; 2. Primary sclerosing cholangitis; 3. Viral hepatitis; 4. Genetic metabolic diseases such as hepatolaneus disease; 5. Alcoholic liver disease; 6. Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease; 7. Space-occupying lesions of the liver, gallbladder, spleen and other organs; 8. Other diseases associated with enlarged liver and spleen: severe cardiopulmonary diseases.
