Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Male or female aged >=18 years; (2) According to ICSD-3, the patient was diagnosed as chronic insomnia. Difficulty falling asleep refers to subjective sleep latency period greater than 30 minutes. Early awakening refers to wake up 30 minutes earlier than expected, or wake up more than twice during the night; (3) The patient signs the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with a history of sleep Apnea hypopnea index, restless leg syndrome, and periodic leg movements disorder; (2) Patients with other mental diseases or previous mental diseases: such as anxiety disorder, depression disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia and mental retardation and other mental diseases; (3) Patients complicated with organic brain diseases, such as history of brain trauma, epilepsy, etc.; Patients complicated serious physical diseases; (4) Patients with substance abuse, substance addiction or alcohol dependence; (5) Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, women of childbearing age who do not use effective contraception, and/or women who are unwilling or unable to carry out pregnancy tests; (6) Patients received psychotherapy such as cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia within 2 months before screening; (7) Patients who are taking medications for insomnia.
